Pokémon’s McDonald’s announcement withdrawn after card artwork mix-up
PokéBeach reports that Pokémon removed its Happy Meal announcement after publishing cards marked M27. Those images should not be used as the 2026 checklist.

Before we dive in
Happy Meal promotions offer a small physical Pokémon card selection, separate from the digital TCG Pocket game.
The update
October 29 update: PokéBeach reports that Pokémon removed its official McDonald’s announcement after it pictured cards with an M27 set symbol. Earlier in-hand photos of this year’s cards show M26.
The M27 artwork included starter Pokémon such as Bulbasaur, Rowlet, Torchic and Squirtle, while the photographed M26 selection includes Chandelure, Palafin and Zoroark. PokéBeach identifies the published artwork as a future set; a corrected official announcement is still awaited. Do not combine the two selections into one checklist.
Before it was removed, the announcement described 15 mini-box toys and 15 cards, including seven foils, with two cards per Happy Meal. It listed a November US rollout and a different Quebec offer. These details come from the withdrawn announcement and should be checked against its replacement when available.
PokéBeach separately reports November 10 to December 14 for the US promotion. Check participating restaurants for local availability; the removed official post gave the month rather than that exact window.
The four earlier TCG Notify photos below remain clearly labeled as leaks. They are useful for distinguishing the photographed 2026 items from the M27 artwork, but they are not a corrected official checklist.
